Ranveer Singh is getting ready for a big bash in 2022. Jayeshbhai Jordaar, a Yash Raj Films production, is poised to fulfill his dream. The mantle of direction is vested on Divyang Thakkar. It will also be the maiden Bollywood venture for the Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey as the female lead. Ranveer Singh recently spoke openly about Jayeshbhai Jordaar, describing it as a great film with a distinct and unusual character portrayal. Plot

Ranveer Singh plays the protagonist enacting the title role in the social comedy. Jayeshbhai Jordaar story revolves around a Gujarati man who believes in and promotes equal rights for men and women in the society.

Cast

It was disclosed in May 2019 that the film would be directed by Divyang Thakkar. The most sought-after Bollywood production house, Yash Raj Films has taken the production responsibility. The Jayeshbhai Jordaar cast includes Ranveer Singh as the titular guy from Gujarat. Ranveer's first look was revealed in the 1st week of December 2019 when the shooting began in Mumbai. Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah will essay the role of Jayeshbhai's parents. Shalini Pandey, a South actress, is paired alongside Ranveer Singh as his love interest. Jayeshbhai Jordaar Release Date 

Jayeshbhai Jordaar release date in theatres was originally planned for October 2, 2020, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti. However, it was further deferred for 10 months and rescheduled for release on August 27, 2021. However, the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak forced indefinite shelving of the film.
