Breaking News: Kartik Aaryan Not A Part Of Dostana 2 Anymore
Are you wondering why #KartikAaryan is trending on Twitter India? Reportedly, the actor had a rift with the Dharma productions and was later dropped from the film Dostana 2. Though neither the actor nor anyone from the production home has officially confirmed the news, sources tell us that Karan Johar got really annoyed as Aaryan was not giving dates earlier and later had some creative issues.
Trade Analyst Sumit Kadel took to Twitter to announce the news of Kartik Aaryan being replaced from Dostana 2 and wrote, “#Dostana2 UPDATE – #KartikAryan has been replaced by Dharma Production due to some professional reasons, some other actor will be casted in replacement of Kartik.”

“The reason for Kartik Aaryan to not continue with the film as stated by him is the creative differences after one and a half years and completing over 20 days of the shoot. This has never happened in the history of Dharma, where an actor has walked out of the film for creative issues. Dharma has decided not to work with him in the future.” said a source.
There is no news about which actor will replace Kartik Aaryan, but according to reports, Karan Johar had decided not to work with Kartik ever again. If the reports are true, then the decision will prove to be a substantial monetary loss for the production house as they will have to reshoot major parts of the film all over again.
In September 2019, the actor announced on his official Instagram account that he has started shooting for Dostana 2, and all Kartik Aaryan fans went gaga over the news.

Karan Johar announced Dostana 2 in the year 2019. The film marks the debut of newcomer actor Laksh Lalwani and also stars Janhvi Kapoor. The rom-com film is directed by Collin D’Cunha and is a sequel to the 2008 film Dostana co-starring Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, and Priyanka Chopra.
Kartik Aaryan’s upcoming projects include Dhamaka and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
