Leading businessman and ex-IPL chairman Lalit Modi on Tuesday morning dropped rumoured girlfriend and actress Sushmita Sen's name from his Instagram bio. In addition, Modi also changed his Instagram profile picture. Modi's modifications to his social media profile left netizens in shock, as some assumed that the couple has broken up.

The ex-IPL chairman stormed the Internet on July 14 this year by revealing his relationship with the Arya Actress in public. On his Instagram profile, Modi shared a few pictures with the former Miss Universe from their vacation in the Maldives. In those pictures, he mentioned Sushmita as his ‘better half’. In one of his public appearances, he also accepted that he will tie the knot with Sushmita Sen very soon. Lalit Modi set his profile picture with Sushmita Sen and updated his bio mentioning Sushmita's Instagram profile and wrote: ‘Founder @iplt20 Indian Premier League- finally starting a new life with my partner in crime. My love @sushmitasen47.’

Although it seemed all is well between the couple, Modi, on Tuesday morning,  shocked the internet by dropping the actor's name from his bio. And instead wrote: ‘Founder @iplt20 Indian Premier League- Moon’. He also changed his profile picture that earlier featured both Lalit Modi and Sushmita Sen. With this modification, several reports linked the development to an apparent end to the alleged relationship. Meanwhile, neither Mr Modi nor Ms Sen has said anything about their relationship.  In fact, Sushmita Sen never accepted anything publicly about her relationship with Lalit Modi. The unofficial breakup of Lalit Modi and Sushmita Sen has flooded the Internet, with netizens sharing memes.
