Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's fans were excited when the actor announced his film, Dunki in April 2022. The film, which also stars Taapsee Pannu, went on floors this year. In fact, the first schedule of Dunki has already been wrapped up. It has now come to light that the Dunki DOP (Director of Photography) Amit Roy has quit the project. In a new interview, the DOP cited 'creative differences' with Dunki director Rajkumar Hirani.
JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment and Rajkumar Hirani Films are producing the film Dunki. The film is expected for a surprise release on December 22, 2023. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu, the film will also star Boman Irani. Shah Rukh Khan, Rajkumar Hirani and Taapsee Pannu are all set to take their film Dunki to the next level. The film's lead stars will soon head to London and then to other locations in Europe for the following movie schedule. SRK has just completed the shooting of Jawan with director Atlee and Nayanthara, while Taapsee is currently promoting her film Shaabash Mithu, which releases this week. Dunki team, including Taapsee Pannu and Shah Rukh Khan, will leave for London soon, shoot for a few days, and then fly to other European locations. After completing the film's foreign schedule, they will return to India in the first week of August. A source close to the production said: “Shah Rukh will return to Mumbai and then leave for Punjab to shoot for the film. Shah Rukh Khan has shot some of his films like Veer Zara and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in Punjab, too,” Not just that, the source also revealed that SRK would have a colourful experience while shooting in the Northern state. The source added: “SRK will be shooting in exterior locations, riding around on a motorbike and singing in Punjab,”
