Sidhu Moosewala Last Track SYL Banned! Here’s Why

Sidhu Moosewala’s last song, SYL, dropped on his official YouTube channel two days ago. This song which refers to the canal between Sutlej Yamuna link, has been removed from YouTube. The reason behind this could be the issue that has been going on for a long time between Punjab and Haryana.

 Why SYL Song Is Banned?

The SYL song was composed by Sidhu Moosewala before his killing; however, it was released on Friday, May 24, on his official YouTube channel. The song started trending on number 1 position in just a couple of hours, but now when you click on the video, the platform shows a message which reads: This content is not available on this country domain due to a legal complaint from the government,” 

Sidhu Moosewala last song composition SYL has the story of the anti-Sikh riots from 1984, and it also shows the flag of the Sikh community being hoisted during the farmer protest at the Red Fort. This song hardly took time to become number 1, trending with 27 million views and 3.3 million likes.

On May 29, 28-year-old famous singer Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead at the Jawaharke village in Punjab’s Mansa district. The incident happened just one day after the state government withdrew the singer’s security. Goldy Brar, a gangster who lives in Canada, took full responsibility for this incident; however, the verdict has not come out yet. Lawrence Bishnoi, who also once threatened Bollywood actor Salman Khan, is the prime suspect in Sidhu Moosewala’s murder.
