Finally, the wedding we all had been waiting for took place on 14th April 2022 at Kapoor's residence Vastu in Mumbai. After the mesmerising pictures of the wedding, we were treated to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's mehendi pictures. The beautiful photos show all the fun from the wedding ceremony and some emotional moments of the couple with their family and close friends. Since Ranbir Kapoor is not on any social media, his bride Alia Bhatt shared the pictures from her wedding and mehendi/sangeet night on her Instagram handle. The couple enjoyed themselves and had a lot of fun with their family and close friends. Looking at the wedding and mehendi pictures, the couple chose not to invite their big giant Bollywood family and shared their 'big day' only with family members and close friends. Mehendi/Sangeet Night

The mehendi/sangeet night of the stunning couple was held at Vastu, the same residence where the wedding took place. While Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt managed to hide their 'mehendi look' from the media. Many Kapoors like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Neetu Kapoor made a media appearance. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, the head-over-heels in love couple, tied the knot at Vastu. Only family members and close friends were invited for the main wedding. Alia posted the wedding pictures on her Instagram handle and wrote the caption: "Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot - the balcony we've spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married. With so much already behind us, we can't wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt hosted the most beautiful after wedding party with a few A-stars on the guest list. Celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Karan Johar and many more were part of the dazzling night. Although many photos of the star-filled bash are now widely circulated online, Alia Bhatt did not share any pictures from the after-party. However, Ranbir Kapoor's cousin Karisma Kapoor shared a selfie with the newlyweds. Rishi Kapoor died in April 2020 after a long battle with cancer. On the day of the wedding, Ranbir's uncle Randhir Kapoor said: "It is a big day for the family, and Chintu should be here.
