This Is What Malaika Arora Does To Keep Her Mental Health Sane!

Bollywood female actor Malaika Arora who never compromises with her exercise is surely skilled at performing various yoga asanas. Malaika is always active on social media and shares her exercise program with all of her fans throwing one yoga pose once a week and she also highlights the importance and benefits of a particular posture which she calls #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek

Recently, Malaika shared three yoga asanas for the  betterment of one’s mental health. “In this week’s #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek, let’s move for the mind. Mental health needs equal attention as physical health,” Malaika wrote in her caption as she shared the clip on her Instagram handle. The yoga asanas that Malaika Arora are believed to be yoga for mental health. 

In the video, Malaika shared 3 asanas for better mental health, which are – Adho Mukh Svanasana, Balasana and Sukhasana. She even demonstrated the yoga technique described above. If you are experiencing mental health problems, mood swings or problems related to anxiety, you should try these asanas. Malaika regularly encourages her fans by posting a video related to fitness every Monday. One can perform these mental health yoga asanas for keeping their mental health sane just like Malaika Arora. 

Malaika Arora, who recently had a car accident, has started working again and the female actor has expressed her happiness about returning to work. The actor took to social media to inform her fans of the good news.

Recently, Malaika Arora opened up about her car accident. The actor said that the past few days have been like a film scene as she shared a photo that appeared to be her recent trip to the United States. She expressed her gratitude to the hospital, friends, and the family around her during treatment. Along with a picture of her peering out the window, she wrote a long note which read: “The last few days and the events that unfolded have been quite unbelievable. Thinking about it in retrospect feels like a scene from a film and not something that happened. Thankfully, immediately after the accident, I felt like I was enveloped with the care from so many guardian angels – be it my staff, the people who helped me reach the hospital, my family who stood by me throughout this ordeal and the amazing hospital staff,”

Malaika Arora announced on Instagram that she has returned to work after her recovery from the car accident. On April 2, she was injured. While posting an Instagram story, the Chaiya-Chaiya actor posted a photo in which she was seen wearing heels. The post caption read: “I feel good to be back.”

Malaika Arora assured her fans and friends that she is recovering and said that she is a fighter and that she’ll be back even before one gets to know about it. “A big heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for being there making sure I come out of this with renewed vigour. I’m now on my road to recovery and I assure you, I’m a fighter and I’ll be back before you know it!” said Malaika. 

Malaika Arora was recently spotted at the wedding party of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt at their Vastu residence in Mumbai. The diva created an attractive look in a pink floral dress with beau Arjun Kapoor. It was her first public appearance after the accident.
