This Trend is Storming the Makeup World, and We’re Loving It
The makeup world is always looking for something quirky and unique; this time, it’s the butterfly-inspired eye makeup or butterfly eyeliner look. If you’re already a pro at making winged eyeliner with the regular black liner, now is the time to stock up your makeup vanity with some colourful liners. Well, you don’t have to be a pro to strike the butterfly eyeliner as it’s a more “adding my own vibe to it” kinda trend.
Especially after half of our face has been covered with the face masks due to the covid-19 pandemic, it’s all the more good time to let our eyes do the talking. Well, you can go on board with the trend very swiftly, or you can just pull off a rather ‘out there’ butterfly eyeliner look! (The choice is yours)
If you are thinking to go on board with the trend, we have some inspiration waiting for you:
If you are obsessed with your winged eyeliner, but you still wanna try the butterfly eyeliner trend, you can just use the space between your eyebrows and eyelid and draw a cute butterfly just like @frankiepdarling did!

If you wanna go all glitz and glam with the trend, you can take some inspiration from @rowisingh and pull off a rather sparkling butterfly eyeliner look. Do you know who she took inspiration from? Dua Lipa! The queen.
Who said that butterfly eyeliner could only be created with striking pastel-coloured liners? You can also give it a monochromatic and classic touch by using your black liner to border your butterfly wings.

If you don’t want to create a butterfly on your eyes, maybe your eyes can act like one? Just draw fairy wings at the ends, and you are sorted. Go for an illuminating base and a matte lipstick. (You can also draw freckles to give your makeup a raw look).
