Not working out is contributing to your high BP problem and making it worse!

Your focusing power might decrease

Some studies have revealed that a person who is fit and regularly exercises has a better memory and a greater ability to focus, concentrate and control their emotions in a better way. Since working out releases happy hormones, not working out can make you more tensed and irritated all the time.

Metabolism level may drop down to zero

As we age, our metabolism gradually starts moving towards hitting rock bottom. However, one way of reversing the process is to exercise regularly as it helps to build your metabolism and maintains your resting metabolic rate (RMR) to a great extent. You can include both cardio and muscle training so as to get maximum benefits. Not working out increases your body fat percentage, which is responsible for slowing down your metabolism. You may experience sleep issues
