  • Date and Gulkand (Rose petal) Milk:

    To prepare this milk decoction, boil 200ml milk with 3-4 date pieces and half a teaspoon of gulkand. Make it your daily ritual to drink it every day to prevent cough collection in your chest.
  • Ajwain (Carom) Clove Powder:

    Take 5 grams of dry roasted ajwain (carom) seeds and 4-5 cloves. The mixture should be ground, fried, and dusted into powdery form. Stir this powder with a pinch of black pepper and honey. Consume it early in the morning in an empty stomach.
