What Is Intermittent Fasting and How to Do It?

Intermittent fasting is quite a unique way of fasting that does not tell you what to eat or what not to, but when to eat instead; there are many intermittent fasting methods that include splitting days and weeks into eating periods and fasting periods. You can do it by extending your fasting period; you can skip breakfast and have your first meal in the evening. This is quite a popular intermittent fasting method known as the 16/8 fasting method.

You are allowed to consume no foodstuff during your fasting periods, such as water, coffee, tea, and other non-caloric beverages.
