Who doesn't love a chilled glass of mocktail on a sunny day? (major Goa feels!) While people generally consider mocktails boring for apparent reasons but let us break the myth to you - mocktails are classy, sassy and hella delicious! So if you are a non-drinker or wants a break from alcoholic drinks, try these mocktail recipes, and we bet you won't regret it. (no, the list doesn't contain Virgin Mojito!)
Bloody Orange Mocktail

- Oranges
- Honey
- Vanilla essence
- Sparkling water
Method
- Squeeze the orange juice in a container.
- Add the honey and vanilla essence.
- Shake the mixture well.
- Add the sparkling water to the mixture and adds tons of ice cubes.
- Serve chilled.
Grapefruit Mint Kombucha Mocktail

Ingredients
- Grapefruit
- Lime
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 8 ounces of kombucha
Method
- Take a shaker, add the grapefruit juice and lime.
- Add the mint leaves and shake the mixture well.
- Pour 8 ounces of kombucha into the mixture and add ice cubes.
- Garnish the mocktail with mint leaves and serve chilled.
Lavender Lemonade Mocktail

Ingredients
- Honey
- Dried lavender
- Water
- Lemon juice
Method
- Take a pot, add water and honey and let it come to a boil.
- Crush the dried lavender in a bowl or a mortar.
- Add the crushed lavender to the pot and switch off the heat.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
- Strain the mixture in a glass, add lemon juice and ice cubes.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve chilled.
Pineapple Ginger Mocktail

For ginger syrup
For the mocktail
- Pineapple juice
- Ginger syrup
- Lime juice
Method
For ginger syrup
- Take fresh ginger juice and roughly chop the ginger root.
- Combine both in a juicer and fine strain the mixture at least two times; stir vigorously.
For the mocktail
- Take a shaker and combine pineapple juice, ginger syrup and lime juice.
- Shake the mixture well and add ice cubes.
- Garnish with crystallized ginger and a lemon wedge and serve chilled.
