Shraddha Walker Murder Case: Delhi Police To Conduct Polygraph Test On Aftab Poonawala

On Monday, the Delhi Police got permission to conduct a polygraph test on Aftab Poonawala, the prime accused in the Shraddha Walker murder case. Aftab Poonawala killed her live-in partner Shraddha Walker in May this year. Aftab allegedly chopped her body into 35 pieces and disposed of them over the next 18 days. The gruesome murder of the 26-year-old woman, which came to light 5 months after the crime, has shocked the entire nation. Currently, the police is searching for the head of Shraddha to establish the victim’s identity. Meanwhile, sources have said that the police have been given the nod to conduct a polygraph test on Aftab Poonawala. The polygraph test is also known as a lie detector test in which the blood pressure, pulse, respiration, skin conductivity, perspiration, blood flow and arm and leg movement are recorded while the person is asked specific questions.

Pakistani Intruder Killed, Another Arrested In Jammu And Kashmir Informs Border Security Force

A spokesperson of the border security forces has said that a Pakistani intruder was killed while another was arrested on Tuesday during their separate attempts to infiltrate this side across the International Border (IB) in Jammu and Kashmir. Adding further, the security force spokesperson said that the infiltration attempts were made in the Arnia sector of Jammu and Ramgarh sector in Samba district in the early hours of Tuesday. However, they were scuttled by the troops. Upon noticing a Pakistani intruder aggressively approaching the border fence, the BSF troops opened fire, said the spokesperson. “He was challenged to stop, but he did not pay any heed. Finding no other alternative, the troops fired and killed him,” he said. In another incident, a Pakistani intruder was arrested by the BSF as he approached the fencing after crossing the IB in the Ramgarh sector. “He was brought inside the Indian side of the fence after opening the gate. Nothing incriminating was found from his possession so far,” said the BSF spokesperson.

Man Giving Massage To Delhi Minister Satyendra Jain Is A Child Rapist, Not Physio Confirms Jail Sources

Videos of Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain receiving massage in jail have gone viral on social media. While the Aam Aadmi Party claimed that these were physiotherapy sessions, sources have confirmed that the masseur in the video is actually a prisoner in a rape case. As per official sources in Tihar Jail, the man giving the massage to the AAP minister is Rinku, a prisoner charged with rape under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) law. The child rapist, identified as Rinku, was arrested last year after his daughter accused him of assaulting her. BJP Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said: “Rape accused Rinku was giving massage to Satyendra Jain. Rinku Accused under POCSO and IPC 376. So it was not a physiotherapist but a rapist who was giving maalish to Satyendra Jain! Shocking. Kejriwal must answer why he defended this and insulted physiotherapists,” Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate accused Mr Satyendra Jain of getting special treatment inside the Tihar Jail. For the unversed, the Delhi Health Minister was arrested in a money laundering case, and his bail request was denied last week by a Delhi Court. 

Uttarakhand: 36 Bridges Found To Be Unfit For Traffic In A Safety Audit Ordered By CM Pushkar Singh Dhami

After a safety audit conducted in five zones of Uttarakhand on the instructions of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, as many as 36 bridges have been found to be unfit for traffic. Officials have said that PWD (Public Works Department) have submitted the safety audit report of 2618 bridges out of 3262 to the state government. The government is planning to replace the old and dilapidated bridges with new ones, and that is why authorities were directed to submit the audit report within three weeks. The safety audit of bridges was conducted on November 3, in the wake of the Morbi Bridge collapse in Gujarat. For the unversed, around 135 people were killed, and over 100 were injured due to the collapse of a 143-year-old suspension bridge over the Machchhu river in Morbi town of Gujarat on October 30.
