UP CM Yogi Adityanath Lays Ram Mandir Foundation Stone In Ayodhya

On Wednesday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed the Shila Pujan ceremony and laid the foundation stone of the sanctum sanctorum of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. During his visit to Ayodhya, CM Adityanath laid the foundation stone for the construction of Garbha Griha of the Ram Mandir, placing the first carved stone. He arrived in Ayodhya early morning today to participate in the foundation ceremony. He also facilitated engineers of Ram Temple construction with Anga Vastras. Later today, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath would also inaugurate Shri Ramlala Sadan, a Dravidian-style temple. As per the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, Ram Mandir's sanctum sanctorum is likely to be completed by December 2023. The Chairman of the Ram Mandir construction committee, Nripendra Misra, told ANI: "Work on the superstructure begins today. We have a 3-stage time frame (for completion of works) - Garbhagriha by 2023, temple construction by 2024 end and main constructions at the temple complex by 2025," Recently on August 5, 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya after a five-judge bench of the Supreme Court led by former CJI Ranjan Gogoi pronounced the verdict that the land in Ayodhya where Babri Masjid once stood belongs to Ram Lalla.  https://twitter.com/myogiadityanath/status/1531886461552775168 https://twitter.com/myogiadityanath/status/1531853397032198144

Covid-Bulletin: India Registers 2,745 New Cases; Recovery Rate At 98.74%

According to the latest data released by the union health ministry, India has registered 2745 new covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active caseload of the country currently stands at 18,386. Meanwhile, the nation has recorded 2,236 recoveries in the previous 24 hours, and the total recoveries have reached 4,26,17,810. The daily and weekly positivity rates currently stand at 0.60% and 0.63%, respectively. As per the Indian Council of Medical Research, the country has conducted 85.08 crore covid-19 tests so far. Sidhu Moosewala Murder: Punjab Police Makes The First Arrest - Accused Manpreet Singh Bhau

After Punjabi singer-turned-politician Sidhu Moosewala was killed in broad daylight this Sunday, the Punjab Police made its first arrest in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case. The accused, Manpreet Singh Bhau, has been arrested by the Punjab Police and has been charged with supplying vehicles to the assailants who shot Sidhu Moosewala. Manpreet, who is directly not an attacker, belongs to the Dhyapi village in the Faridkot district. The accused Manpreet is the cousin of another gangster Manpreet Singh Manna who is lodged in the Ferozepur Jail for killing another gangster Kulbir Naruana. As per the Punjab Police report, Manpreet had supplied the white Toyota Corola car. This is the same car which followed Sidhu Moosewala's vehicle in Jawaharke village and opened fire at Moosewala's vehicle, as captured in the CCTV camera. Then another vehicle - Mahindra Bolero, joined in and started showering bullets, killing Moosewala on the spot. The accused was produced in the Mansa Court, which remanded him in five-day Police custody. Meanwhile, the Punjab Police has termed the Sidhu Moosewala killing case an inter-gang rivalry after Canadian-based gangster Goldy Brar along with Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed the killing of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala saying that he was involved in the murder of Youth Akali Dal leader Vicky Middukhera in an unverified Facebook post. Lawrence Bishnoi is currently lodged in the Tihar Jail and being questioned by Delhi Police special cell. Singer KK's Demise: Kolkata Police Registers a Case of unnatural Death; Autopsy To Be Conducted Today

After the sudden demise of legendary singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, popularly known as KK, on Tuesday night, the Kolkata Police has registered a case of unnatural death. The singer was performing at a concert in Kolkata when he fell ill. After that, he was rushed to the CMRI Hospital, where he was declared dead. The case has been registered at the New Market Police Station, where the police is waiting for the late singer's family to arrive. As per the police, the autopsy of KK's body will be conducted only after receiving the family's consent and body identification process.
