As per the announcements made by the company, this all-new service will provide users with the option of booking their rides through an Uber chatbot on WhatsApp. 

Operational in India for the past eight years, Uber is available in a total of 70 cities today. Now, Indian users will be able to book a cab for themselves and their loved ones without having to open the app. You will no longer be required to download and install the Uber app. You can do everything from user registration to booking a ride, as well as getting the receipt of your trip through the WhatsApp chat interface.
