Located in the dense jungles of the Eastern Ghats, this picturesque little village was built by the Department of Forestry as a nature resort. Maredumilli is home to wildlife, nature, and tribal people. 

This forest area has been preserved and developed by tribes living in the area for generations. The whole region is spectacular and picturesque, with lush green vegetation surrounded by rolling hills with flowing streams. 

You can also visit the Rappa Temple with intricate sculptures and floating bricks – the engineering wonders of 800 years of the art of the Katatiya empire. The temple is renowned for its carvings, which speak mainly of art.
