Caution: Watch These Indian Horror Films At Your Own Risk

Bollywood is mostly known for masala entertainment films. However, when it comes to the horror genre, all we can recall is films like Puraani Haveli, Veerana and weird monstrous creatures, but that doesn't mean that Bollywood has given us only hilarious graphics and ugly-as-hell costumes in the name of a horror film.

If you wish to get 'jump out of scare' kinda feels, here are the Bollywood horror films that you must consider watching:

13B

Starring R Madhavan and Neetu Chandra, the film revolves around a middle-class family who moves to a new house which is located on the 13th floor. The house has a dark past which is slowly uncovered in the movie. With a spooky background score and engaging storyline, the film delivers spine-tingling scares and chills. Streaming on: Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video

1920

Though 1920 has a predictable storyline, the way the frames have been placed makes it a terrific horror film in Bollywood. The chills are guaranteed when you hear the word 'Lisa'. Darna Zaroori Hai

The film contains six stories, and the film bind the stories together with an old woman (Ava Mukherjee) who narrates these six stories to five children. After you watch this cult classic, the stories are not going to leave your mind for a long, long time. Streaming on: SonyLIV

Raaz

The film is inspired by the Michelle Pfeiffer starrer 'What Lies Beneath', and our bong beauty did match her in every possible way. Raaz revolves around the story of Aditya (Dino Morea) and Sanjana (Bipasha Basu) and how Sanjana literally fights a ghost to keep her husband alive. Streaming on: YouTube

Pari

As the film progresses, her strange demeanour indicates a dark secret about her! What's the secret? Well, we would suggest watching the film to find out! Even before the movie, Anushka's scary look gave us all the chills! Streaming on: Amazon Prime Video
