Vijay Deverakonda's highly awaited trailer for his upcoming Pan India film Liger is out now, and it is bigger and more exciting than anything you expected.  Starring the young man as a professional MMA fighter, the trailer has it all, from action, romance to drama, with a heart-thumping musical score and impeccable dialogue delivery by Vijay. It seems all set to be the trailer of the year.  Taking to his social media, the Pan-India star finally ended the audience's wait with his massively delightful Liger official trailer. Rocking a set of perfect washboard abs and long hair, the Crossbreed gets down to action as a fighter in this power-packed trailer with a pumping background score and a stammering Vijay delivering I Love You with most feels that will make you want to watch the film right away.    The audience had been eagerly waiting for the Liger trailer since the first glance of Liger made the rounds on social media. The buzz took a different high with the second and unique poster of the film featuring Vijay Deverakonda all nude, covered with a bunch of roses which set outstanding records hitting the fastest 1 million likes and trending on social media for longer than 24 hours as the Sexiest Poster Ever.

Now the trailer has finally come and only seems to be taking all the excitement to overlooked highs for the Vijay Deverakonda film that is all set to hit the big screens on August 25. The Puri Jagannadh directorial Liger cast include Ramya Krishnan and Ananya Panday in pivotal roles. The first trailer of Vijay Deverakonda's Bollywood debut Liger movie exposes why his character was called crossbreed in the promotional posters. Starring Ananya Panday opposite Vijay, the film trailer shows Ramya Krishnan in a powerful avatar as his badass mom. She presents him as a crossbreed between a lion and a tiger. The high point of the trailer is not just Vijay's ripped avatar and action sequences but also Ramya's onscreen presence, which reminds us of her Baahubali days and the background music that adds to the vibe of the film.  Vijay plays an MMA fighter in the movie, and the trailer shows numerous fight scenes featuring the actor. But as he struggles with his speech, he is looked down upon, only to roar at times when it is needed the most. Ananya Panday plays his love interest, who doesn't shy away from standing up for him in crucial times. Mike Tyson also makes a notable cameo as he throws a challenge at Vijay. There are also glimpses of how Liger represents his country in MMA fights. The first song from Liger, Akdi-Pakdi, was released before the trailer. It has Vijay and Ananya ruling the dance floor with their moves. They perform the Liger step along with several background dancers in the music video. Composed by Lijo George, DJ Chetas and Sunil Kashyap, with lyrics by Mohsin Shaikh and Azeem Dayani, Akdi Pakdi has been sung by Dev Negi, Pawni Pandey and Lijo George.

Liger not only marks Vijay's debut in Bollywood, but it is also Ananya's first multi-lingual project. Earlier this month, a new poster featuring Vijay wearing nothing, and holding a bouquet of red roses in his hand, was released. The words Saala Crossbreed was written over it.  Directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Karan Johar, Liger is all set to hit theatres on August 25, 2022. It will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
