Pathaan Teaser: Pathaan Time Starts Now; SRK Starrer To Release In January 2023

On Wednesday, much to everyone's excitement, Bollywood King Khan, AKA Shah Rukh Khan, made the first official announcement of his upcoming film Pathaan. The film also features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film has been in the production stage for many months and will now see the light of theatres on 26th January 2023, a prime Republic Day release. Pathaan will also be released as part of Yash Raj Film's 50-year celebrations.  https://www.instagram.com/p/CaSDE-_AjQs/ While we don't get to see the final look of Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan in the film's teaser, we do see both Deepika Padukone and John Abraham talking about Pathaan in ominous tones. Looking at the choice of the release date and the film's mood, it seems Pathaan will be patriotic in nature and Pathaan, the main character is a patriot whose 'karam and dharam' is his country. Ever since the makers have released the teaser of the film, #KingKhanIsback is constantly trending on Twitter.  In the teaser, John says: "Humare desh mein hum naam rakhte hain apne dharm ya jaati se, par uske paas inme se kuch nahi tha,". Deepika then adds: "Yahan tak ke uske paas koi naam rakhne wala bhi nahi tha, kuch tha, toh bas yehi ek desh." We then hear the charismatic voice of Shah Rukh Khan saying: "To usne desh ko hi apna dharm maan liya aur desh ki raksha ko apna karam. Yeh naam kyun pada, kaise pada, iske liye thoda intezaar kijiye," The screen then cuts to black, and we see the release date of the film along with the title.  https://www.instagram.com/p/Caly4-WohLM/ Meanwhile, fans have been eagerly waiting for Pathaan as the actor was last seen in the 2018 film Zero. There are also rumours that Salman Khan has done a cameo in Pathaan, whereas Shah Rukh Khan has filmed a cameo in Salman's upcoming film tiger 3. Interestingly, with the film's teaser also came a report by Hindustan Times that said that the SIT team investigating the Mumbai Drug case has said that Shah Rukh Khan's Aryan Khan was not involved in the drug conspiracy case. As per the HT report, SIT team found no evidence which suggests Aryan Khan's involvement. For the unversed, SRK's son Aryan Khan was arrested during an NCB raid on a cruise.
