RRR Teaser Out: SS Rajamouli Leaves No Stone Unturned; Exceeds Expectations!

On Monday, the makers of the much-anticipated film RRR released the teaser of the movie, giving a glimpse of the visual treat. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the RRR teaser is an action-drama starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in pivotal roles. Though the teaser is only for 40-seconds, it's enough to establish the fact that the audiences are in for a much bigger grandeur than Baahubali.  The RRR teaser begins with a larger than life chase sequence between Jr NTR and a lion giving us a glimpse of the fictional tale. After looking at the teaser of the film, it is definite that ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli has left no stone unturned in making RRR an international hit and taking the audience into the world of two real heroes - Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. With no dialogues, the teaser of the film impacts you only with glimpses of action sequences and engaging background music.  The short clips of Ajay Devgn as a rebel, Alia Bhatt as the wife of Sitarama Raju and watching Ram Charan and Jr NTR share the screen space for the first time in this epic saga raises the level of our expectations. The next epic offering from SS Rajamouli is a period drama set in the pre-independence era (the 1920s) and rumoured to be made on a budget of over INR 300 crore.  Taking to Instagram, actor Ram Charan wrote: "Witness the tale of Friendship and Courage on the big screen from Jan 7th, 2022 onwards! There are gaps in the lives of these legendary freedom fighters that we don't know about. We don't know what happened in their lives in these years. It is through this fictional story we'd like to show what could have happened in their lives and what would have happened if they met and bonded,"  The fictional tale RRR revolves around the lives of two real-life revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. While Ram Charan will essay the role of Sitarama Raju (police officer), Jr NTR will play the character of Komaram Bheem (tribal leader). The RRR movie also marks the Tollywood debut of female actor Alia Bhatt, who essays the role of Sita, wife of Sitarama Raju.  The RRR movie will be dubbed and released in Hindi and is all set to hit the theatres on 7th January 2022.  Watch the RRR teaser here: https://youtu.be/sjvMJumvKbQ
