Bollywood couple Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, the Bollywood fashion icon and Anand Ahuja were blessed with a baby boy recently.Well, heartiest congratulations to the couple! But let’s talk about how Sonam Kapoor redefined maternity fashion. Come on, how can we keep calm with such chic casuals spotted out there? Lessons, lessons, allow lessons to rain! The Neerja actress has always been the leader of the fashion pack with top-grade looks in her arsenal that can give you more references than you would ask for from morning to evening and everything in between. She always managed to look fresh and delicate with that adorable bump; we touched wood for uncountable times. New mommy in the B-town, Sonam Kapoor recently featured in the cover of Vogue India. And served some serious lessons on chic maternity style. Going all out with classic shades of black and white, Sonam donned powerful bodycon gowns which perfectly captured her baby bump. While some gowns featured puffed sleeves and sweetheart neckline, some had long-sleeves and high-neck. It was a great decision on going for a no-jewellery look!
Her Emilia Wickstead dress that she dawned for her baby shower in London was to die for. The actress had taken to Instagram to share pictures from the day, saying: “It's all starting to feel real! Looking enthralling in a Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla creation. The actor wore an off-white satin skirt with delicate sequins which also featured a long trail. To sign it off, Sonam Kapoor went for a braided hairdo with pearl-attached pins to accentuate her royal look.
For a photoshoot, the female actor flaunted her baby bump in a beautiful sheer black kaftan. She completed the graceful look with smoke eyes and nude lipstick makeup look. Sonam accessorized her look with a pair of statement earrings.
The Actor looked like a goddess when she donned an exquisite Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla creation. The luxurious ivory saree featured pearl detailing along the borders. Sonam Kapoor completed the look with heavy jewellery which complemented her divine look.
