Summer is a time for lip-smacking fruit and vegetables. After all, everyone’s favourite fruit - mango  is finally here! The fruit - full of nutrition- is known for its versatility. Well, mango just makes every dish amazing! From ice cream to shakes to juices to unripe curries, mangoes are known to take every dish to the next level.  From enjoying ice cream with friends to having mango shake with the family, summer is the season of mangoes.  What is the most popular and refreshing meal on a hot summer day than ice cream? The only thing that can surpass a regular ice cream is a mango ice cream. Mangoes and ice cream are two of the most significant gifts that summer brings with itself!  Mango is loved all over the world for its delicious flavour. This dish will teach you to combine delicious and excellent mango flavours with refreshing and release ice cream. Just make a pile and store it in your last container to get a cup. Chef Shivesh Bhatia, through his Instagram reel, brought back the nostalgia of eating mango popsicles while returning home back from school in childhood.  “I love when you can whip up a refreshing dessert by just spending 5 minutes in the kitchen, and these mango yoghurt popsicles are my summer dreams come true”, he wrote in his caption.

Ingredients:

½ a cup of homemade yoghurt / Dahi ¾ a cup of mango puree 1-2 tbsp honey

Method 

Make a mango puree and add the yoghurt and honey to the mixture. Grease the mix well so that the mixture is completely lump-free. Then take the kulfi mould, pour in the mix, and add the ice cream sticks. Refrigerate for 8-10 hours before removing them. A refreshing recipe is ready to serve cool!
