The diet plan is packed with essential nutrients and will help you stay firm on your fitness goals!

Day 1 

  • Morning drink: 1 glass of warm water with lemon and a pinch of turmeric.
  • Breakfast: 1 large bowl of mixed fruit salad and 2 boiled egg with 2 bread slices/paneer sandwich.
  • Midday drink: 1 glass of fresh coconut water.
  • Lunch: 100 gms mixed salad + carrot and bean paratha + curd with mixed seeds.
  • Evening snack: 1 cup of green tea/black tea with a mixed bowl of fox nuts, almonds and walnuts.
  • Dinner: 100 gms mixed salad + vegetable khichdi/egg curry with 2 roti.
  • Before Bed: 1 glass of water with cumin seeds. (soaked 2 hours prior)

 Day 2 

  • Morning drink: 1 glass of warm water with lemon, ginger and honey.
  • Breakfast: 1 large bowl of mixed fruit salad and a bowl of vegetable dalia.
  • Midday drink: 1 glass of fresh coconut water.
  • Lunch: 100 gms mixed salad + soya/paneer granules cutlet + curd with mixed seeds.
  • Evening snack: 1 cup of green tea/black tea with a bowl of sprout chaat.
  • Dinner: 100 gms mixed salad + egg/paneer curry with 2 roti.
  • Before Bed: 1 glass of water with fennel seeds. (soaked 2 hours prior)

 Day 3

  • Morning drink: 1 glass of warm water with fennel seeds. (soaked overnight)
  • Breakfast: 1 large bowl of mixed fruit salad and a bowl of oatmeal.
  • Midday drink: 1 glass of jaljeera.
  • Lunch: 100 gms mixed salad + 2 plain dosa with sambhar + curd with mixed seeds.
  • Evening snack: 1 cup of green tea/black tea with a paneer sandwich.
  • Dinner: 100 gms mixed salad + kadhai paneer/kadhai chicken with 2 roti.
  • Before Bed: 1 glass of water with cumin seeds. (soaked 2 hours prior)

Day 4

  • Morning drink: 1 glass of warm water with cumin seeds. (soaked overnight)
  • Breakfast: 1 large bowl of mixed fruit salad and a bowl of vegetable poha.
  • Midday drink: 1 glass of aam panna or green mango drink. (without added sugar)
  • Lunch: 100 gms mixed salad + 1 bowl of rajma rice + curd with mixed seeds.
  • Evening snack: 1 cup of green tea/black tea with 1 egg omelette/sauteed paneer.
  • Dinner: 100 gms mixed salad + paneer cutlet/chicken cutlet.
  • Before Bed: 1 glass of water with fennel seeds. (soaked 2 hours prior)

 Day 5

  • Morning drink: 1 glass of warm water with lemon.
  • Breakfast: 1 large bowl of mixed fruit salad and 2 boiled egg with 2 bread slices/vegetable idli with sambar.
  • Midday drink: 1 glass of fresh coconut water.
  • Lunch: 100 gms mixed salad + carrot and bean paratha + curd with mixed seeds.
  • Evening snack: 1 cup of green tea/black tea with a bowl of sprout chaat.
  • Dinner: 100 gms mixed salad with a bowl of rajma with rice/chicken curry with rice.
  • Before Bed: 1 glass of water with cumin seeds. (soaked 2 hours prior)

Day 6 

  • Morning drink: 1 glass of warm water with lemon and a pinch of turmeric.
  • Breakfast: 1 large bowl of mixed fruit salad and a bowl of grilled chicken salad/paneer sandwich.
  • Midday drink: 1 glass of buttermilk.
  • Lunch: 100 gms mixed salad + egg/paneer curry with 2 roti + curd with mixed seeds.
  • Evening snack: 1 cup of green tea/black tea with 1 club sandwich.
  • Dinner: 100 gms mixed salad with a bowl of vegetable dalia.
  • Before Bed: 1 glass of water with fennel seeds. (soaked 2 hours prior)

Day 7 

  • Morning drink: 1 glass of warm water with fennel seeds. (soaked overnight)
  • Breakfast: 1 large bowl of mixed fruit salad and an omelette (2 eggs) /vegetable upma.
  • Midday drink: 1 glass of sattu drink.
  • Lunch: 100 gms mixed salad + 2 moong dal chilla + curd with mixed seeds.
  • Evening snack: 1 cup of green tea/black tea with a bowl of sweet potato chaat.
  • Dinner: 100 gms mixed salad with mixed vegetable/chicken curry and 1 roti.
