On Monday, July 11, 2022, PM Modi unveiled the cast of the national emblem on the roof of the new Parliament building. According to sources, the cast is made up of bronze, whose height is 6.5 m and weight is 9,500 kg. The sources further added that the cast would be placed at the top of the central foyer of the new Parliament building. To support the emblem cast, engineers have designed a steel structure which weighs around 6,500 kg.
