Heart of Stone, premiered on Netflix on 11 August, is a crime, action, and thrilling movie. Gal Gadot, who has played the role of Rachel Stone, is back on Netflix with another action flick after a big success in Red Notice in 2021. In this movie, Gadot is in the lead of an international peacekeeping agency. The agency works to stop hackers from getting access to dangerous weapons. Tom Harper has directed the film, and Alia Bhatt and Jamie Dornan have played their characters. Most critics across the globe have given 2.5 to 3 stars to it. This movie is worth watching for you if you love action, thrilling, crime, and suspense. It is not a good movie for you if you watch it to judge Alia Bhatt’s acting in her first Hollywood debut.
Red White and Royal Blue Review
Released on Amazon Prime Video on 11 August 2023, Red White and Royal Blue is a romcom. It revolves around the story of gay love or romance. The story is about the US president's son's fall in love with England’s prince. In the movie, Alex, played by Taylor Zakhar Perez, a handsome young and the US president’s son, meets with another handsome man. Initially, it seems like love at first sight, but it isn’t actually. The gay love story moves ahead and gets turned into a fairy tale due to a hunt for an heir for the royal palace in London. Many critics have given more than 3 stars. Watching this movie can be worthwhile and entertaining if you have an interest in same-sex love, romance, or know about a little bit of gay love.
The Pod Generation
Premiered earlier at Sundance, The Pod Generation was released in theaters on 11 August 2023. Rosalie Carig, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Emillia Clarke starring, this scientific comedy discloses the story of a couple who is losing their love and affection. With each passing day, the couple is getting detached due to their primary focus on raising their unborn child in an artificial womb, out of a human body. It is a must watch movie for you if you are fond of scientific romcoms.
