Akshay Kumar’s Rs 7.8 Crores Mumbai Flat Has 4 Car Parking Spaces!

Besides, he has also won million hearts because of his characters in patriotic films.  According to recent reports, Khiladi Kumar has recently bought a new apartment in the Khar suburb of Mumbai for Rs 7.8 Crores. Akshay Kumar’s new house is built on the 19th floor of the Joy Legend building in around 1900 square feet, and has four car parking spaces as well. The same media report revealed that the apartment was registered on 7 January 2022. This building includes ultra-modern 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments. However, the builder clarified that the new house bought by Akshay has been solely bought for investment purposes, and the actor has no intention of shifting in the new apartment. He further clarified that the flat is small, and is empty without any sort of furniture.  Besides Akshay Kumar houses in Mumbai, he made it to the entertainment headlines because of a new advertisement shot for cooking oil. In the advertisement, Akshay Kumar plays the character of a cook who goes grocery shopping and prepares food for people who have employed him. Referring to this advertisement, Akshay tweeted that he dedicates this Avatar to his father-in-law, Rajesh Khanna, while remembering his legendary role in the superhit film 'Bawarchi.'
