Yasmin has been doing the #CookwithYasmin series on her Instagram channel for a very long time; we bring you three unique and simple recipes that you can easily recreate at home.

Nature Popsicles 

Prep time: 20-30 minutes Serving: 1-2 people Ingredients
  • Popsicle mould
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Strawberries
  • Mango
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate
  • Coconut Water
Method
  1. Take a popsicle mould, add Strawberries, Mango, Blueberries, and Pomegranate. You can also use any other fruit of your choice.
  2. Insert the popsicle stick into the mould.
  3. Add coconut water.
  4. Freeze the mould until done, and enjoy!

3-Ingredients Breakfast Pancake

Prep time: 5-10 minutes Serving: 1 person Ingredients:
  • Two bananas
  • One whole egg
  • One chopped date
  • One tablespoon coconut oil
Method
  1. Take a mixing bowl, add chopped bananas, egg, and chopped date.
  2. Take a hand blender/blending machine/food processor and blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Take a non-stick pan, add coconut oil and pour the mixture.
  4. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook until brown.
  6. You can add any fruit of your choice as a topping, or you can just enjoy them plain too!

DIY Breakfast Sandwich 

Prep time: 10-15 minutes Serving: 1 person Ingredients:
  • Two slices of gluten-free bread
  • One whole egg
  • One slice of cheese
  • One slice of Tomato
  • One slice of Avocado
  • Salt and pepper
Method
  1. Take a non-stick pan, add the egg and stir it.
  2. Add salt, pepper and stir it.
  3. Add the slice of cheese, and put a slice of gluten-free bread on top.
  4. Flip the bread, add the slice of Tomato, Avocado and put another slice of gluten-free bread.
  5. Flip it again and cook until both sides are crispy and brown.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy.
