Punjab CM Channi : “Shiromani Akali Dal Will Not Revive Until…..”

Last Wednesday, Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi made a statement citing, “Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) cannot revive until Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bikram Singh Majithia are at the top position of the party”.

He also mentioned that “Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bikram Singh Majithia have brought the Shiromani Akali Dal to ravage”.

Alongside the statement, he listed his government’s achievements in Punjab. He cited, “the power bills worth ?1,500 crores have been waived for customers having load up to 2 KW, the power tariff for consumers has also been reduced to ?3 per unit, and water charges have been brought down to only ?50 from ?160 earlier”.
