“Congress Has Lost Its Hope For The Upcoming Assembly Elections”: Smriti Irani

The Union Cabinet Minister for Women and Child Development on Sunday, hosted a door-to-door campaign for BJP candidates in Agra.

She spoke about Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi’s ‘Ladki Hoon, Lad Sakti Hoon’ campaign during her campaigning. She also targeted Rahul Gandhi by referring, “Priyanka is indicating there is a boy at home, who is unable to fight on his own”.

She cited the reporters that the Congress party was “missing” prior to elections and is “missing” now as Congress has “lost its hope from the upcoming assembly elections”.

She confidently stated that the BJP government is coming to power again as the BJP has the full support of the people. “The SP, Congress, BSP and others are furious because people are showing their support to the BJP,” said Smriti Irani.

Smriti Irani added that the party is committed towards women safety and said: “And because of that the candidates of the party, representatives and party workers are getting support and blessings from the sisters.”
