ECI Announces Election Dates; Voting From 14 February

The Election Commission of India announced the election dates for the upcoming Uttarakhand assembly elections today. The election will be done in a single phase starting 14th February. The results will be announced on 10th March. Uttar Pradesh has a total of 70 seats.

Issue of notification: January 21
Last date of nomination: January 28
Scrutiny of nominations: January 29
Last date of withdrawal of candidature: January 31
Date of Poll: February 14
Date of counting: March 10
