BJP Aims To Administer Record Covid Vaccine To Make PM’s Birthday Historic
On the eve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 71st birthday, the Bhartiya Janata Party aims to make the day historic by achieving the maximum number of covid-19 vaccine inoculations in a day. The health volunteers across the country have been prepared to ensure that the covid-19 vaccine is received by the maximum number of people today. Till now, India has administered more than 1 crore covid-19 vaccines in a day, and now the target set by the BJP is administering more than 1.5 crore vaccines today to make Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday historic. Many leaders, including Congress member Rahul Gandhi, Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu and President of India Ram Nath Kovind, wished PM Modi on his birthday.

Covid Bulletin: India Registers 34,403 New Covid-19 Cases; Recovery Rate At 97.65%
According to the latest data released by the Union Health Ministry, India has recorded 34,403 new covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active caseload of the country stands at 3,39,056, constituting 1.02% of total covid-19 cases reported in the country so far. Meanwhile, daily recoveries have outnumbered fresh covid-19 cases with recording 37,950 recoveries in the previous 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 3,25,98,424. The daily and weekly positivity rate stands at 2.25% and 1.97% respectively. As per the Indian Council of Medical Research, the country has conducted 54.92 crore covid-19 tests so far. On the vaccination front, India has administered 77.24 crore covid-19 vaccine doses so far under the nationwide vaccination drive.

Delhi Borders Sealed Ahead Of Black Friday Protest By Akali Dal
Ahead of the Black Friday protest, which was announced by the Shiromani Akali Dal to mark the completion of the enactment of the three controversial farm laws, Akali Dal workers have been blocked from entering Delhi. Taking to Twitter, the party’s official handle tweeted: “All Delhi borders have been sealed, and Punjab vehicles are being stopped. While all others pass, Punjabis are being told that our entry has been restricted. Our peaceful voices have seemingly scared the powers that be.@News18Punjab @ZeePunjabHH @DainikBhaskar @IndianExpress @ANI,” The party also alleged that their vehicles are being stopped from entering the national capital. A protest march was organized by the party on Friday starting at 9:30 am from Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib to the parliament building, and the SAD General Secretary Prem Singh Chandumajra had assured that the protest would be peaceful.
