Meanwhile, Kolkata Knight Riders registered a great win against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the last match by defeating them with 9 wickets. The opening partner of Shubham Gill, Venkatesh Iyer, hit 41 in 27 deliveries; however, Gill missed out on half-century scoring 48 off 34 balls. Currently, Kolkata Knight Riders is standing at sixth place in the IPL 2021 charts and winning the match against Mumbai Indians is an excellent opportunity for the KKR to redeem themselves in IPL 2021.
